ASC continue to improve project delivery through the use of new and innovative technologies with the adoption of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), with 70% of all commissions undertaken utilising a 3D structural BIM model.
Using design tools such as Revit, ASC collaborate with project teams to update 3D models in real time, discuss design iterations, merge Structural, Architectural and MEP models, eliminating all clashes all early in the design stage. Through BIM/VDC an “information model” is generated for the project delivery processes to eliminate inefficiencies and error, reduce risk and provide commercial design solutions for our clients.
