Peter started his career with Norman & Dawbarn in 1972 detailing reinforced cocrete structures for government buildings. Progressing from draughtsman to senior engineer working for Consulting Engineering Practices in the Birmingham area. He qualified with the Institution of Structural and Civil Engineers in 1987 and went on to design and manage many high profile projects in and around the City Centre.

Joining ASC as a director in 1987 where his responsibilities covered full management of projects and overview of the practice, staffing and coordination of the team, strategy, business development and client care. During this time the practice went through a large period of expansion and growth.

With 40 years’ experience accrued in the construction industry, Peter has considerable knowledge and background in all aspects of structural engineering on a wide range of projects. He has designed and managed projects varying from small developments of domestic housing through to multi-million Pound commercial and industrial projects.

Peter brings demonstrable ability to conceive and convert client proposals into reality and can deliver to deadlines ensuring that the client’s timescales and requirements are met.
